Since 2015, the Centre Social’s digital space has been welcoming you: to learn, repair, do your paperwork or move towards a job — at your own pace, without judgement.
Digital help
A helper for your online procedures
Our digital helper supports you with your procedures (CAF, taxes, pension, health…) and with becoming independent online — without replacing the official bodies.

Computers and tablets, a projector, a photocopier and free weekly drop-in sessions are available to the area’s residents to meet their needs and expectations.

Group workshops
Introduction to computers in a small group (8 to 9 participants), on Monday from 13h30 to 16h — to get started, regain confidence and progress at your own pace, independently.

Employment & support
One-to-one support on Tuesday mornings, by appointment, with the employment adviser (CIP) and the Family & Parenting key worker.

Seniors’ workshop
Last Thursday of the month, from 9h30 to 12h, in partnership with the EHPAD Résidence Isabeau de Roubaix (care home) — support adapted to senior residents, outside school holidays and public holidays.

The mediator supports you in person. These free tools, used across the digital inclusion network, can help you revise or move forward at home — without replacing the Centre’s welcome.

I don’t know how to use a computer — can I come?
Yes, that’s the most common situation. The Monday group workshops start from scratch, without judgement.
Can I bring my phone?
Yes. Most participants bring their own device.
What are the drop-in session times?
Monday group workshops, Tuesday employment support by appointment, Thursday paperwork help and repairs with no appointment, last Thursday of the month seniors’ workshop. Details on the drop-in sessions page.
Is help with online paperwork free?
Yes, on Thursday mornings: free help with membership, no appointment needed (CAF, taxes, France Travail, ameli…).
Can I come urgently outside the slots?
The mediator can see one-off requests depending on availability. Call reception on 03 20 73 41 61.
Do I need to join the Centre?
Yes: family membership (€8 / household / year) is required for drop-in sessions and workshops alike, which are then free. Coming to reception for information is always open to all, with no membership or appointment.
