How do I book?

An online request is not an automatic confirmation.

  1. Choose an outing

    Click “Request a booking” (or the waiting list if it is full).

  2. Send the request

    Fill in your contact details, the number of places and the outing you want. Remember to check the documents to bring.

  3. Wait for confirmation

    The team calls you back to confirm or to offer you another date.

Before you book

General information before asking for a place. Details may vary for each outing.

Membership & registration

All outings organised by the Centre require family membership (€8 per household per year) and a registration approved by the team. An online request is not an automatic confirmation.

Prices

The price of each outing is shown on its listing. In practice, it is often adjusted to your CAF family quotient. Reception tells you the amount when confirming.

Documents to bring

CAF family quotient certificate (or latest tax notice), a recent proof of address and up-to-date membership. For children: insurance certificate if requested. The team will guide you if a document is missing.

Organisation & departure

The meeting point is usually the Centre Social de l’Hommelet (121 rue de l’Hommelet). Transport, supervision and exact times are confirmed by the team when you register — see also the details on each outing.

Cancellations & changes

Can’t make it? Let reception know as soon as possible so the place can go to someone else. If we cancel (weather, unforeseen events), we contact the people registered. Refund arrangements are confirmed when you register.

Not a member yet? You can ask to register online or drop by reception — membership €8 per household per year.

Your questions about outings

Does my online request book a place?

No. The team contacts you by phone or email to confirm the places, the price and the documents to bring. Until you have that confirmation, your place is not guaranteed.

Do I need to be a member to take part?

Yes, for all outings. Family membership (€8 per household per year) is required for all the Centre’s activities, support and events, except for a first trial session in an activity of the Adults, Families & Seniors Support department, which needs no membership. It is free for people receiving RSA.

How do I find out the exact price?

Each card shows a price range or arrangement (family quotient, small contribution…). The final amount is given to you on confirmation, depending on your situation.

What if the outing is full?

Click “Join the waiting list”. The team will contact you again if a place becomes free.

Can I register several people at once?

Yes: enter the number of places you want in the form. In the message, give the children’s ages or any particular situation.
